The location is prime, with a little beach across the road that's perfect for a refreshing dip. The modern rooms come equipped with convenient amenities like cutlery, bowls, microwaves, and kettles, which made it easy to enjoy a quick meal without stepping out.
The ground floor Queen room was absurdly small, barely accommodating the luggage of two adults. The bed, rumored to be a Queen size, felt more like a twin, and every night we were up at 3 AM re-making it because the sheets kept coming undone. If you're rolling with more than a backpack, steer clear of these cramped quarters.

The freshly caught fish at nearby eateries like Little Miss Espresso is an absolute must-try! Our room had a kitchenette, which made whipping up snacks a breeze, and I’ve got to say, the clean and spacious setup was a real treat. The staff were incredibly accommodating, really making us feel at home.
It was a bit of a trek to nearby shops and restaurants, which could be tricky without a car. I could have done with some proper drapes so that cheeky morning sunlight didn't wake us too early.

We had a boss time! The room was comfy, with a fab kitchenette and great water pressure in the shower. Only downside was the traffic noise outside, but overall, it was a dead sound stay!

The large clean room had a comfortable queen bed and a renovated bathroom, although a bit small. Liked having a kitchen bench with sink and microwave. The location offered convenience to Sandy Bay shopping area, just 1 km away, and Wrest Point Casino was nearby. Free car parking under the building was a great perk. I did face someNoise from the street and neighbors, and my room did not have the mountain view as indicated, just a tin roof. A dining table with chairs would have improved comfort. a solid choice for exploring Hobart.
